Valve stems

I have extensions on the inside tire of my mh jaycongreyhawk06 but the outside tire valve stems are facing inward can I get some info on this ??

Use a truck tire gauge/ chuck. Like this:

I've tried That it's hard to make it seal

I have used mine for years and never had a problem. How long does it take to check the pressure.

I can check everything the tires With the valve stems facing inward can't check I've owned the Motorhome for a lil over two years so finally fires looking like they needed a little air
