Warping wood

Newly out of warranty I am noticing some ‘crinkling’ of the trim around my fridge and the bathroom vanity and wonder 1 what is happening, why and what can be done about it? See attached photos of 2017 Redhawk 26xd

What I'm thinking is that's not really wood, it's just a painted cloth overlay that the moisture has gotten to. Moisture from the fridge and the bathroom. I might be wrong about it though, but I've never seen real wood do that. Maybe some of our woodwookers might have an idea on how to replace it.

Very dry climate so not thinking its moisture related. Have moisture absorbers in my unit and it goes over a year for replacement. I just noticed this doing a pre trip dusting last done a month ago, so it happened kind of quickly.

Probably vinal wrapped moulding over either wood or "plastic". LV heat may have caused adhesive to loosen.

The only thing you can do to fix that problem is replace it

Thanks Dananu and Sundancer330. It hasn't been "that" hot yet, but plausible explanation. We were sideswiped a few months ago on a trip and waiting on replacement of bathroom upper window from Jayco. When it goes into the dealer I will get it replaced. Unfortunately, if it is a heat issue, I may be looking at a LOT of replacements in the future. It has a flexibility under my nail when touched, so a vinyl wrapped moulding could explain it.
