Water filter replacement

I am new, and need to know where on my 2017 Jayco23xm RV is the water filter is hiding ? What if any panel I need to unscrew?
I want to winterize it ,if we go up to New England.
Thanks all.

There wasn't one installed by the factory in our used Seneca but in our previous motorhome from another brand the water filter was on the cold side of the kitchen faucet under the sink.

Water filter

Thank you for your reply, I have checked under and around the sinks, the bathroom, and under the outside of the RV. I can't see where they hid the filter. Again this is a 2017 Redhawk 23Xm.
Hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

Well hidden

Hey Cousinvinny,

On my 29ME it is in the rear storage area behind the water center. I had to unscrew the panels inside the basement to access it... Major PIA... I put a permanent bypass in and never use the filter now.

Hopefully someone with your rig will chime in soon.

In a compartment behind the wall left of the toilet. Panel held in by 4 screws. That's where it was in our 2015 26XD.

Water filter found in 2017 23XM. Location in bathroom, behind shower, underneath the slideout cabinet between toilet and shower wall. Panel held by two screws but mighty difficult to service with new filters. For me I will simply bypass it and probably install another one someplace else with an easier access. Lots of water lines in this compartment and seems to me I could damage another water line trying to replace the filter and don't need this kind of problem.

Thank You I will check that out. I took off the panel it had two screws, and all I saw was two heater ducts in front, guess I'll go back and dig a little further.
I live in an HOA so have to go to storage site a mile a way.
Thanks again.
Safe travels

Its inside bath, When sitting on commode the panel is directly to your left. It has two screws. Its part of shower wall. I just found it and now it's full of antifreeze so I just bypassed it and will remove at later date. Lousy place to put it.

Thanks XM , I am here and now I see the wooden panel. Look at that . I only saw the small panel on the side of the shower at the base standing up !
Question, the two valves one on each side at the top, are they the by-pass valves to shut ?
Thanks again for the info.

Not sure if there was something unique to our Greyhawk but when I flipped the valves to bypass the filter, the Pink Stuff wouldn't suck up and in. Maybe I did something wrong, but I removed the filter from the canister and reinstalled everything to winterize.
