Some have an almost impossible to find reset button. If you can locate it push it. Pics have been posted to show what it looks like. Mine doesn't have one, and the problem ended up being some bad crimp on electrical fittings had to be fixed. Wish it had been a reset problem.

Some of the tankless water heaters have a reset button others use the On/Off switch to reset. Obviously gotta have propane - check gauge, ensure valve open. Must have water pressure greater than 45 psi. If not, try using the water tank vs city water. I have a water pressure regulator with gauge permanently installed and set to 60 psi for city water (if it can get that high).

My water heater did not work for a week. Not sure if it was altitude (7,000 feet) or CG water pressure.

Good luck.

Sounds like the gas wasn't there yet. Next time light the stove, may have to do that several times till the gas gets there. This will make the hot water heater light off more quickly.

I agree with MadDad, if its been awhile since LPG was used, you may need to prime the line by running the kitchen stove burners. An air bubble in the LPG line will stop everything.

I had been running the Frig all night and also did the stove light procedure. All was good there but the heater wouldn't light. I concluded I was taking a sponge bath lol and while washing my hair in the sink it came on!! I am stating to see why no one like these things!!!!!

During my PDI they showed me the reset button if that's any clue that there seems to be a problem. Only had to use it three times on our 2 day "shake down" camping trip. Once we got it going we both took a nice shower. Then when my wife was doing something in the sink with hot water later it tripped.

Couldn't understand the concern about finding that reset button. Goodness, right in front of you and almost invisible. If anyone is struggling to find it, its the black center dot in the middle of the white ceramic circle.
