Water Heater

I have a 2012 Jayco Melbourne 29D with the Girard GSWH-1 tankless water heater. Controlling the water temp on this at the faucets is a pain to say the least. My neighbor has a newer grey hawk with the -2 water heater and a digital controller and says it's more or less set and forget on the temp. Anyway, my question is, does anyone know if that controller can be added to my -1 water heater? Would beat buying a whole new next generation water heater. Thanks.

I'd give Girard a call, or email, to see if they're an interchangeable part.

Thanks
I have not been able to find a good address for Girard for some reason. Every time I've typed in Girard rv water heaters I hit a dead end. Thanks again.

Their website has been "Under Construction" for about a week. I can only assume some sort of announcement is coming. Maybe a sale, merger.

It *should* be a easy swap. You'll have to figure out where to place the control panel on the -2 model.

Nevermind - the website is back: https://www.girardgroupcompanies.com...ater-heater-47
