Water Heater Bypass Valves

The sanitation process calls for closing the bypass valves on the water heater. I have a 2018 Jayco Grayhawk 29me. Can anyone tell me where I locate those valves?

The valves are on the backside of the water heater. Locate the water heater, then go inside and find a cabinet in that spot. Good chance there will be a #2 square drive screw holding the access panel closed. It could be a false door, often with no door nob. Could be under a dinette bench. If so, remove the cushions, and you will access it from the top side.
