Water Heater not working on electric

I just found our water heater was not working electrically. We've been in the campground for 2 days but it quit sometime after breakfast. Good news, it works on propane. I assume the element is bad but I dont know where it is? I dont see it.

Before faulting the element, check the breaker, check everything electrical.

I checked the breaker and the switch in the control panel is lit. I dont see any lights on the circuit board? Seems I read something that said there would be lights on it if the thermostat was calling for hot water.
Like I said propane side works. I've never used the propane but I turned on the switch and it lit and is working.
Just not understanding where the electric problem is.

We had the same issue. Worked fine on gas but not electric. Bad circuit board .
By the way, that light is a very small red light just above the electric side of the hot water heater switch.

Thank you. I'll look into a board. Is this the light? I've never seen it on till today. It has "DSI" above it and "FLT" below it. I'm guessing if it's on bad?

That is the hot water electric heater fault mode light. It is small. A lot of people miss it.
I would replace the board 1st. As that board controls the electronic igniter.

Let us know how it goes.
