water heater sail switch

I continue to have issues with Girard tankless water heater. I believe the issue is the sail switch. They have replaced the switch at least once and adjusted it several times. Any advice on how to permanently solve this issue?

Check the wires where they contact on the spade lugs. That's what my problem was.

my unit is just at 2 years old. I called Girard and they agreed to send me a sail switch. I may try that and if it doesn't work then beat on Jayco some more!!!

I'm done with the Girard! Hasn't worked properly since day 1. I'm having a Suburban gas/electric unit installed as we speak.

After many requests my dealer finally replaced my version 2 with the version 3 with the inside temperature control . It has worked very well . It wastes a lot of water but I never run out
