Smile Water heater wiring

Does anyone know the wiring in a 2019 Jayco Redhawk 27N motorhome I am installing a Girard GSWH-2 water heater and taking out Atwood 6 gallon one. I have 4 wires running to the old water heater Red, White, Brown and Orange. I have two switches on the control panel, one for Elec water heater and one for Propane water heater.

The new water heater only has 2 wires. I am trying to find out what wires hook where. Any help would be great. I installed a Girard tankless in my TT 10 years ago and loved it But it was easier to wire then than the new one.

Thank you.

Dometic now owns Atwood. See page 7.

Water heater wiring

Hello Les: Thank you for the reply and the diagram But I am still confused since the wiring colors do not match what I have in my MH, I have 4 wires to the old water heater. Red, White, Brown and Orange. Not all of these show in the diagrams. But thank you, Bob

The colors indicated on the diagram are at the junction box on the back of the water heater. The color of the wires from the switches to the water heater are the choice of Jayco.

Water heater wiring

LOL I kind of figured that. I have written to Jayco last week, but as usual they do not answer. I have had several questions since I purchased my new Motorhome but they either pass the buck or do not reply at all. I have found customer service of Jayco products is very pour.
