water in storage compartments

Got an 07 greyhawk 30GS and every time I travel when it's raining I get water inside the last two storage compartments on the passenger side. Anyone else have this problem and how did you remedy it. Thanks in advance.

Make sure the latches are tight... if that is not the problem then get some thin high density foam and glue it to the channel
