Unhappy Water inlet

I started to winterize my 2017 Redhawk this morning. was unable to add water or compressed air into the motorhome thru the water inlet. I think the water valve control has failed. Whatever setting I tried didn't work. Any thoughts?

You *might* try flipping the inlet screen trick. Tho I would have expected the compressed air to have enough force to push it open.

Here's the winterization doc I put together for my 2016.

I did all that. After a minute or so I sut it down because no anti freeze was being transferred.

Has it worked properly in the past?

Try opening a faucet. If it is air locked, then won't pump even though the pump will run.

My 2022 did same thing. Would not suck antifreeze so this week I run a hose in cargo bay that hooks straight to pump and works great!!

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. Today I checked the mixing valve and that seems to be ok. I removed the water pump and took it apart. Everything was clean and not gummed up. I bench tested it and it ran slower than normal. I put it back in and was able to run antifreeze thru the lines, only slower and less pressure. Over the winter I am going to replace the pump with a new one
.

I found that our pump takes a while before it catches the prime after removing the water filter. so let it pump a while see what happens
