Water leaking from City connection

Hey guys and dolls... Well, Never thought I'd be freaking out on an issue but with my 2 year warranty expiring in two weeks I guess I'm lucky (or not)...

First of all, After taking in the Grayhawk for a "red light" repair on the water pump (pump stayed on all the time) back in August, I took the rig out for the first time since the warranty repair. I was at the full hookup campsite just one day and the same thing happen again!

But here's the reason I was using the water pump at the "full Hookup" site. I connected the city water to the unit and all of a sudden water started dripping from where you connect the hose to the unit all the way back and pass the gas cap area. But the worst part was that the water found its way into the rug on the rear bedroom slide-out!

So, with my warranty ending in two weeks I was lucky to get it scheduled at the RV repair facility. Called Jayco and they said as long as it was in the shop before the warranty expired, it would be covered.... we'll see!

So, anyone else have this water issue?

S/
Rick
