I was having water pump issues similar to yours. Have read that a water pump will run even if your hooked to city if you have an air lock in the lines. My issue was my FW tank was empty and it created an air lock and the pump would not shut off even from the power switch. So as soon as I refilled the FW tank, the pump shut off.

Sounds like bad switch; pull and pull wire off and pump should shut off?

On the Greyhawk's, the water pump is under the bed, on the right side looking from the foot. Run the slide all the way out. Remove bedding from mattress and prop it up on the floor next to the closet. Then raise the plywood panel all the way up against the upper cabinets. On the right side is a panel held down by 4 screws (square head drive). I drilled two small holes in the panel and inserted thin cord to act as a pull handle. Did not re-install the screws. Electrical 'stuff' us under the panel at the foot of the bed...held down by more screws. I used duct tape to make a 'hinge' along the rear and have not re-installed the screws.

Not all Greyhawks have the water pump under the bed. On our 2018 31DS the water pump is in a compartment in the big rear side to side storage compartment.
