Time to pull out a volt meter. Remove the switch and check for voltage at the switch. No voltage to the switch means you have to back track from there. Voltage at the switch, but no voltage out from the switch means a bad switch. Voltage in, voltage out at switch means bad wiring from switch to pump, or pump is bad.
Since the light does not come on at the switch itself, I'd check for voltage into the switch.
Contact Jayco's service website. Have your VIN for your RV, and request the wiring schematics for your Jayco using the VIN. They are free, and will certainly help you in tracing the wiring to/from this switch. Most times, Jayco sends the wiring out to you via email within a day; sometimes it takes a few days.
