Water pump location 2007 Seneca

Just got back from our first trip in our new to us 2007 Seneca 34SS.
The only issue we had was the water pump. Thankfully we stayed in parks with full hookups, so wasn't a big issue.
Here is the problem: when I turn the pump on, I can hear it running, but nothing is coming out of any of the faucets.
Tank has water.
The puzzling thing is when I went to take delivery, this happened. The tech fixed it, and I picked it up the next day. Now I can't figure out what he did. (Talking to him now would not be possible)
I also can't find where it is located.
Any help would be appreciated before I call a tech out.
BTW, our trip was to the Grand Canyon and it was awesome! Rig handled great and we love it.

Glad you enjoyed the trip, and sorry to hear you had some trouble. First thing to check, particularly if the pump is actually running with no water coming from any faucets, is whether your valve positions are correct in the sanitation bay. They should be set to the "normal" position, which is entirely different than the "city water" setting for being on full hookups. Check that, and let us know if it's working properly.

I checked that and they are set to "normal".

Hmmm, that's the obvious one. THe water pump on mine is located just behind that valve control panel on the wall which is toward the back of the motorhome (on your right as you are facing that panel, directly behind the valves). I haven't familiarized myself with the details of the plumbing, but I think I would first ensure that the pump is actually turning. Then, possibly that there is actually water getting to the pump from the fresh water tank. Perhaps a double check that the outside shower faucet is actually off as well, while in that cabinet. Seems as though the likely problems are, in no particular order, that the pump isn't operating properly (not turning or not producing the necessary suction or pressure) due to internal issues, or that there is something in the piping from tank to pump not allowing suction (leak of outside air preventing suction to develop, or a blockage), a blockage in the output line from the pump, or a leak in the output line so large it won't allow water flow to reach the faucets that are up higher in the motorhome.
