To use/take our Seneca to RV World for service and warranty work. Our selling dealer is 4 1/2 hours away. We have Camping World just North of us and RV World to the West, both less than 15 miles away. Have had issues with Camping World so while talking with Jayco my husband asked if since RV World was close by could we use them. They said YES, we just need to give Jayco a call first for authorization. They said RV World was just fine that they have a great reputation. Doesn't hurt that we know one of their techs and the service writer either. It is there today having the inverter checked out since we had issues with it boiling dry two of the batteries a couple of weeks ago. So if any of you Jayco owners have another dealer closer to you check and see if Jayco will let you use them. They Do Not Have To Sell Jayco's To Service Them.
