I'm not sure. The ordering process does require model year. You will need to contact WeatherTech to confirm.

The cab, hood and doors are all the same on the M2 and S2 chassis. So yes they should fit.

On the weathertec site, I can only find them if I use 2020 as the model year. Is that how you ordered them?

They lock in to the sill. If it's anything like my experience with previous Weathertech floor mats

Happily these are now available for the Ford E-series chassis as well ! Motorhome owners now have legit mats !

So they come with a couple rubber pieces that you glue down (glue included) that lock into the bottom of the floor mat. So they didn't shift at all once installed properly. I'll let you know. Attachment 78266Attachment 78267Click image for larger version
