We just picked up a 2006 Cooper S convertible with crazy-low miles. Haven't set it up to tow yet, but I haven't had this much fun with my daily driver in a long, long time. It's a hoot!

In the process of setting up an 07 Cadillac STS to pull 4 down.

Recently finished setting up our 2013 Ford Explorer to tow 4 down. Just pulled it 1100 miles and, suprisingly, the mileage didn't change at all. The V10 has plenty of power. On the other hand, towing a vehicle has made the already poor handling so much worse.

Yeah, I kinda worry about the impact on handling. Our 3230 has such a ridiculous rear overhang - makes me wonder about how much the toad will be wagging the dog...

Oh, and it will take gas station maneuvering to a whole new level. I'll have to be far more strategic...

We are getting our 2014 Honda CR-V set up in the next week or two to tow behind our Greyhawk in preparation of some fun summer trips.

No kidding, when I am pulling our 2007 Tahoe I REALLY have to plan ahead so I don't get into a spot I can't get out of. Also the back goes the opposite direction for quite a distance which is quite weird to see.

As long as you don't overload the rear and keep some weight on the front axle you should be fine. We toad a GMC Canyon 4wd crew cab with our 01 3230 and it was fine. The gas stations can be a little tricky, but we never got in a jam in 7 years.

Towed our Jeep wrangler last weekend and it added miles to the odometer. We're getting conflicting answers as to whether it should or shouldn't tack on miles. Are we doing something wrong? Luckily it was only 30 miles.

Auto transmission key in Acc.

Did you put the transfer case in neutral?

We had the transfer case in neutral and the gear shift in park. Followed directions in the manual to the letter.
