What is going on with my new Seneca

Hey guys, just returned from a trip to Yellowstone and Tetons.
After traveling from Houston and back on some pretty rough highways I now have bolts coming up in the floor protruding through vinyl flooring. It is happen in 5 different places through out the MH. Has anyone heard or see this and can tell me what is the issue and why this is happening?
The Freightlier did preform very well through the mountains pulling a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I've had a few screws show under the vinyl floor. Not sure what caused mine but I did drive some highways that caused the Seneca to pitch and bump a bit. Dealer fixed under warranty. Did not have that happen in my former Tiffin.

My vinyl is in squares. If yours is one piece repair will be different. They reapplied the screws, hopefully with some adhesive this time, then glued down the new vinyl. Its been about a year and they have not reappeared.
