What is the Sanitize Winterize intake

I am getting ready to go dump and flush my black and grey tank and was trying to figure out if my Class C has a black tank with built in sprayer/cleaners. I attached a pic, any change hooking this hose into the Sanatize Winter Intake hose inlet does this for the black tank? If not what is the best way?

NONE. That is for pulling anti-freeze or a water sanitizing liquid(bleach solution) into the lines and tanks fresh water system using the pump.

If you don't have a black water flush inlet then you have to go old school with a sprayer wand down the toilet opening to flush out your black tank.

...or install your own tank sprayer. One that I've installed is called a Tornado. Couple of hours of rootin around under the rig will get it installed.
