What is this used for - 2013 Greyhawk 31DS

Not sure what this is used for on our Greyhawk. We are the fifth owner and it doesn't say what it is for in the manual. I've looked at other pictures of 2013 Greyhawks and I don't see this bracket. I'm assuming it was for the awning but the coach has a motorized awning and this is located in about the middle of the awning area.

Thanks. Not sure that was the best mounting location. Right next to the door. Again thanks, I would have never thought that is what is for.

On my 31FS 2014 Jayco, this is the mounting point for the outside TV. My TV can be detached and carried outside to be hooked on this cleat. Cable and 110V outlet are below, in the small storage container by the steps.
