What? No slide toppers on Seneca??

I damaged my large slide topper and called Jayco for the part number of the Carefree slide topper. Both Service (oxymoron) and Parts say the Senecas never shipped with slide toppers. What????

I know the gasser C's ship without slide toppers but not the Senecas. Does anyone have specific part number info on the topper for the dinette/sofa slideout on a 2015 TS, HJ or FK? All these models look to have the same slide size.

Also, anyone know of any Senecas that shipped without slide toppers?

Here is the standards/options list for your model. Looks like toppers were standard on all slide outs.

It should be on the roller tube. And for what it's worth they may not have that info. When we had our 08 SENECA I called CAREFREE, gave them the number off the big awning and they said "JAYCO doesn't use that one, that's a MONACO model#".

I don't have any part number, but every Freightliner-based Seneca I have seen has topper on at least some of the slides. My 2014 TS does not have one over the loveseat/range countertop slide, there isn't much clearance between the top of the slide and the patio awning. I hopre to add one later this year.

The slideout toppers on mine are Carefree SlideOut Kover III models.

Grumpy, I will look at the roller tube.

As the local dealer said they could not take me in until June, I wanted the part info before I contacted another repair shop.

I'm really disappointed that Jayco's service reps don't know their own products. They should have a parts list for each, at least Tiffin did.

I sure wish Jayco would do like Winnebago with their information. On our old motorhome Winnebago had for downloading the Parts Book, Wiring Diagrams and Owners Manual and Chassis Manual all in PDF format making it very easy to search for everything yourself instead of calling or emailing for every single thing.
