Whats my Melbourne 29C worth

I'm getting ready to put my 29C up for sale and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the best way to figure out what it's worth? It's a 2007 with only 7,500 mi on it, it's loaded and has the custom paint. It's always been kept in a garage and the plastic is still over the carpet. I think you'd be hard pressed to find one in any better condition. I'm wanting to replace it with a fifth wheeler that I will leave at a fishing resort for five months in the summer then put back in the garage till the next year, that's it, I don't travel with an RV, that's why having a MH is a waste fot me. If anyone would like to work a trade on a 32' - 36' late model fifth wheel I'd be interested?

NADA for RV's.
I think you can Google it or try NADA.com

I searched and found several 2007 Melbourne 29c units listed between $49,000 and $59,000. More than likely the units sold for about 30% less than that. I was able to find one unit that sold for $39,000. The market will tell you what it's worth. List it for 59k and be prepared to lower your asking price if you don't get any calls. Good Luck!

Thanks for your reply. I had checked NADA and it said "Average Retail $72,400" which I thought sounded to high.

I've never understood NADA values for RVs. In my case it said my old 3 year old TT was worth significantly more then when it was new! Why are NADA values always so grossly over inflated?
