Where is this stuff?

2006 Escapade 28 ZSLP
The clear water pick up tube for sanitizing?
The built in filtration cartridge location?
What are the THREE overflow hoses coming from the freshwater tank?
This is just the beginning.

I am really disappointed in this company's lack of information provided to the customers in the owner's manual.

Who knows where the hose could be after 15 years. It is just a section of hose with a hose connector.

Did you purchase from the previous owner?

Judging from your description (some pictures would help confirm), the three hoses are usually:
  1. The overflow for the FWT
  2. The drain for the FWT
  3. The low-point fresh water drain drain for the coach

The clear hose pick up tube is for winterizing, not sanitizing. The hose gets inserted into the RV antifreeze bottle and pumped through the water lines.

EXACTLY.... Also what makes you think you have a water filter, I don't see anything in the owner's manual? If it did come with one it would be under the sink connected to the cold water line...It's an in-line filter not a canister. And you answered your own question... OVERFLOW hoses.

My rig was new when purchased and the hose mentioned was in the storage compartment.

Page 51. Owners manual. Water purification system. A water purification system is installed on your motorhome.....

There is a low point drain hooked up with a spigot on the outside. not one of the three hanging down. Perhaps one is a cutoff fresh intake. One, an overflow. But the third?

As requested - pictures will help identify what you are asking about...

Apologize since it was not listed in the plumbing section. It sounds like it should be under the sink on the cold water line and the original owner(s) may have never installed it. We never used the one in our 08 it was a PITA to install and remove.

A clear plastic bypass hose with
fittings on either end is supplied with the motorhome to replace the water filter when the
motorhome is winterized. The hose should be stored when the filter is in use and kept
available to reuse.

As to the overflows our 08 had 3 overflow lines on the tank. 3 open pipes hanging down.

You have to also remember that the manual you have covers 3 different models and not all have the same amenities or features.

This might be why some owners remove the system. Not an RV but if not serviced at the appropriate time this happens
