Where would the generator ground be?

If we're sitting still, our Onan 4K genny will run fine, for a long time. Seems like if we're bumping along, then it'll just turn itself off.

It might be heat related but I haven't been able to make that connection a frirm one yet, so I thought I'd check the obvious?

Is there a grounding strap from the genny to the frame?
Any suggestions for other things to check?

thanks!
