Winter useage

My 2016 Greyhawk came with tank heaters, but what about the water lines?
Do they need to be insulated?

Yes, if you plan to use it in sub freezing weather for any extended time.

The only kits I've seen on the Tank Heater sites were "elbow" heaters. I assume for down by the valves.

Under mine are a ton of water pipes exposed to the elements. I guess if you were serious, you'd figure out some way to wrap them with heat tape and then cover them with pipe insulation.

Again - it would be a huge energy consumer.

Just regular pipe insulation from the big box stores that slip onto the pipe work well, are light and can probably left on as long as they are inside the exterior walls or in storage compartments
