I am not fully experienced with the material used on the skins of RVs (fiberglass?) but here's my suggestion.
Go to an auto parts store and buy a good polish of some kind. Perhaps a polish for plastic or the type used for headlight lenses. NOT WAX, POLISH! There iss a difference. Also buy some cheesecloth. Apply the polish - and a whole lot of elbow grease! - to the yellow spot using the cheesecloth then wipe off excess with a clean rag. It may take more than one application. Actually, it probably will. It takes time and a whole lot of elbow grease! It's not an easy, quick fix.
