Any starcraft Launch Ultra Lite 26BHS owners?

Hello all,

My wife and I have been looking at the 2016 Starcraft Launch Ultra Lite 26BHS for the past few weeks. We really like the floorplan and the features and options on this particular model, and I think we have negotiated a good price. We were originally interested in a Jayco Jay Flight 26BH, but found pricing for the Launch 26BHS to be close enough we are strongly considering it. I believe this trailer is basically the same as a Jayco JayFeather 26BHSW.

I found a starcraft facebook page with a lot of negative comments from starcraft owners:

This has me a bit spooked. There are a lot of good reviews of the jayco 26BH out there, but I'm not finding much about the launch 26BHS.

Are there any happy 26BHS owners out there? It might help to hear from some who have had a good experience. We *think* our local dealer will be good. We know several people who have bought campers from them and have been happy with their service. They are also only 4 miles from our house

Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

Did you end up purchasing a trailer? I read your question and the Facebook posts about the 26BHS while looking for a trailer. I just purchased the 26BHS on March 1st. We'll be taking it out for the first time at the end of March. It had been sitting on the dealer's lot for about 6 months. I didn't find any signs of water intrusion. There is really not much out there about the Launch series. If my research is correct, the line is only a few years old.

I ended up finding a Jay flight 26bh at a good price and I went with that instead. I really liked the launch but could not get the dealer down to the price I wanted so I gave up on it.

Congrats on the purchase of the 26BH! It's interesting how the dealers work. We ended up going with the Launch because of the deal we got. Go figure!
