Starcraft17 sub 2014 soft floor
Just wondering if anyone has experienced a soft spot on the floor.my trailer has a soft spot by the door.the rv dealer can't find any leaks,and of course the warranty is expired.The floor looks like water damage and is rotten .But no sign of a leak,the soft spot is circular in shape.Trailer has been at rv dealer for a little over a month,feeling pretty frustrated by now. Dealer is trying to get Starcraft to pay for damage. But I'm worried about fixing it and not knowing what caused the problem.ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED
