Should I put antifreeze in the fresh water holding tank

I do not think it hurts if a little gets in it. You want some antifreeze in the fill line leading from the hose connection to the FW tank. Any small amount that gets into the tank will be flushed out when you sanitize the water system in the Spring. The FW tank has enough volume to easily handle any expansion of the small amount of water that may remain after emptying with the low point drains.

Most I know do not put anything in f/w tank. Just open the fresh water tank drain at bottom of tank, and it will empty. Doubt if there would be enough water in inlet hose to matter. Mine tank valve and low-water drain are separate. Most leave it dry, and then pour in a little bleach when you fill tank again.

Even living where winter temps often get far below zero, I never put RV antifreeze in the FW tank or in the WH. I drain it, and then turn the bypass by the water pump and pump the RV antifreeze through the lines.

No antifreeze needed. There's enough air space volume in an empty fresh water tank to deal with the expansion when what little water is left freezes. It won't hurt anything.
