Bumper Mount Grills

I was unable to light my Flame King Bumper Mount Grill this past weekend so I have been calling our local dealers and even the home improvement stores. I finally found a replacement but the local dealers say that they cannot get any mountable grills anymore. Why are they being discontinued? Is there a fire hazard that I don't know about or is it just that a few careless people decided to sue?
