Folding Bicycle Reviews (review does not address/include racks or hitches)

We wanted two full-sized/26" bikes that we could easily transport in our truck bed or inside our TT; we did NOT want to store/mount them outside (theft, road dirt, weather, less-than-satisfactory mounting solutions). After lots of researching we found that Columba [26" wheels, folding alloy frame & suspension fork, Shimano 18 speed shifter and derailleur] fit our criteria and folds flat in about a minute (pedals fold up, handlebars fold to the side, handlebars and seat are easily detachable). We then started comparing prices online and locally, but ultimately purchased the bikes, covers, and some accessories directly from the vendor: 2kSilver ~ they've been easy to work with, and quickly replaced a flat tube. We are extremely happy, the bikes are robust and provide a very comfortable ride ... they are great for exploring Yosemite Valley and tackle hills with ease. On our recommendation, my sister also purchased one and is likewise very pleased. For pictures of our purchase, check post #25 at: http://www.jaycoowners.com/forums/f3...k-29843-3.html

My wife likes these as do I, thinking of buying 2. That $45 shipping per bike is killing me though.

So I bit the bullet and went ahead and ordered 2. Thank you very much for the review and recommendation. I probably wouldn't have noticed the free bags if you hadn't mentioned it.
