Folding Boat

A coworker has developed a folding boat which may be of interest to RVers because of its light weight, quick and easy assembly, and portability. A recent article in the local newspaper described its history. FYI, I am not involved in this project but wanted to make others aware of it. It looks like a nice piece of work.

If interested, please follow-up directly with the Folding Boat Company.

Nice, and looks a lot less complicated than some other fold-up kayaks out there.

Pretty cool. Certainly a quick setup and looks nice and light too.

We went with an inflatable kayak as it can hold our whole family. Setup is a bit slower though and it is heavy. Very stable and comfortable boat though.
