Outdoor Wood-Fired Pizza Oven Kit for Kettle Grills | KettlePizza

After mentioning KettlePizza in a previous post, I thought I should make a contribution to the Product Review Forum.

We have been using KettlePizza with a 22" Weber kettle BBQ for over 2 years now and absolutely love it. The kit I purchased came with the ring, thermometer, pizza tray and heat resistance gloves. They also have kits that include the peel and/or stone.

We already had a stone, but even still I find the best results come from cooking on a pizza tray. We use the tray that came with the kit for serving, but I buy several cheap trays from the Dollarstore to cook on. At a $1 each I buy 5-6 at a time and just toss them after a couple uses.

Using a combination of Charcoal and hardwood chunks we can easily achieve 600*+ temps which is sufficient to make excellent pizza. Through a little trial and error it's easy to figure out how to create the perfect pizza for your taste.

I highly recommend this product for someone who is looking for a lower cost and portable option to create a wildfired pizza oven.
