Lippert Temp & Propane Sensor Bundle

Just received product update email from Lippert reference their
Propane tank and temp sensor bundle.
However, not seeing much in the way of reviews for the sensors to decide
if worth it.

I see a lot on the AP tank sensors both good and bad, but not finding
anything on the Lippert sensors...

Anyone have these sensors and if so any feedback on them?

So ordered the propane sensor from Lippert before Thanksgiving. Then I waited and waited and waited and it never shipped. I contacted them and they said oh it will ship December 14th! I was like what the heck? Dec 14th comes and goes. I contact them again, why hasn't it shipped? They tell me oh we are wait for shipping material to send it in, should be here in a week or 2!
I told them never mind cancel my order!
I ordered this one instead......and it was $20 cheaper too!

Thanks, I sorta expected as such as the two week period has come and gone and nothing from Lippert as to when they may ship...may just do the same as you and stick with the AP ones... they were my original solution but had been holding off after reading several not so good reviews. Wanted to test out the Lippert ones but may not get the chance...

I finally installed the sensor (took 5 mins). So far I am liking it. Here is a screenshot of the app.....

Thanks for sharing … good look at the app…will be curious how long batteries last in those sensors…

It came with the battery. It had one of those tab things that you pull to "connect" the battery but it wasn't in between the battery and contact, it was just on the back of the sensor.
I make sure to close app after using it otherwise it will keep pinging. I'll let you know how long it lasts.....

Lippert finally shipped us our temp and propane sensor bundle.
Easy installation for the temp sensor with the updated One Control phone App...took a little longer to pair the propane sensors. No frills app display in the new One Control app... tells temp for the temp sensor, and percent fill of propane.

Pros: Easy to install and add to One Control App
Appears to be fairly accurate propane level reading

Cons: Propane sensor bluetooth add sometimes requires several attempts
in order to get the device to sync with the One Control App

Have to pick from preexisting labels in the One Control app for each
device when naming the device

So far I am liking these and the integration into the One Control app.
