Pet temperatures alert system

Does anyone use an alert system to monitor camper temperatures when you leave pets at home? If so, could you share the brand and what you like and do not like about it please? Do you pay a monthly subscription fee for the alerts or monitoring?

We don't have one but have seen this and it looks nice. You need to have Verizon for it to work.
