Simple Green Pro Series Max Automotive Cleaner and Degreaser

I found something that finally got the mystery streaks off my aluminum sided Jay Flight. I had scrubbed these areas very well with normal car wash soap and a few other general cleaning products but nothing seemed to touch them. I hadn't tried some of the suggestions I've found on JOF, but I thought I would give this stuff a try. Still took a bit of elbow grease, but it finally got the streaks off.

These first two are the before, both areas are on the rear quadrant on the curb side behind and in front of the rear awning arm. (excuse the weeds, we got a crazy amount of rain in the CA desert this winter).

Home Depot has it in 32 oz. for $3.99. Works good for engine detailing too! Now on to finishing the cleaning and replacing the rest of my vinyl trim strips.

If you want a product that takes little to no scrubbing take a look at this. My trailer is stored indoors so I don't have the black streaks but I use this on my boat that sits out at the lake all summer and gets very dirty, works on aluminum and fiberglass.

What I really like is a product called "Spray Power" by Crown. Spray it on full strength and watch the cruse slide off, including the bugs off the front cap. Use to get it at Menards, but they stopped carrying it about a year ago .

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try after this stuff runs out. Which won't be long since I've been using it for all kinds of stuff.
