My Mom was wheelchair bound for the last decade of her life. My parents looked into a toy hauler, but then they found a Forrest River travel trailer that was purpose built with a wider 36" door, a wheel chair accessible bathroom, wider hall and interior doors, and a modified kitchen right from the factory. I think it was a variance of the V-Cross 32VFKS. I'm not sure if they make it anymore, but it might be worth checking into.
Edit: I also found this

Good luck and let us know what you decide.
