I don't feel that posts like this help the community. They turn people off and make them scared to post. If you don't want to answer a post, then don't. There are plenty of other people who will answer and are happy to do so. Using the search function, I found there are already a million posts about people needing to use the search function before posting. You just added another one! Almost everything has been asked before. This forum wouldn't have much, or any, activity if people couldn't ask a question or post a topic about something that has been posted before...
