Renovations and Repairs
Touchpad inoperable. Fix: loose/Disconnected wires.
Auto level not working. Fix: needed to be calibrated.
Pop up Charging station stuck inside counter. Fix: replaced w new.
Closet door lock broken off. Fix: replaced with new
Fridge/Freezer not making ice nor dispensing water. Fix: instead of using the water jug and pump as installed, dealer added a T joint and shut off to redirect the water source from city water to the Fridge.
Water leak from T valve installation. Fix: cleaned and replaced water damaged areas.
Seals on front cap are open. Fix: repair with silicon
Speakers in ceiling not working. Fix: connected audio wires.
Scratches to countertop missed during detail PDI. Fix: tech buffed it out.
Cracked countertop after water leak repair. Fix: will replace countertop.
Entry door latch broken and bent. Fix: replaced with new latch.
Screens missing clips. Fix: ordered more clips.
2weeks after first leak I noticed another leak from under the trailer. Under belly cover was filled with water from earlier leak. Fix: opened it up and let it air dry.

Anyplace in Central Oregon. I am a camp host during summer at an HOA community in La Pine. Love to visit the Metolius river and Little Deschutes to fish.
