Interior

Removed on-demand hot water. Replaced with 6-gallon dual hot water tank.

Renovations and Repairs

No major repairs, new tires, recovered Jack-Knife love seat. Former owner had a 'clawed' cat...it clawed all the leather pieces..ugh.
Just painted the bedroom a nice cotton white and the bathroom a soft green trimmed out in white. Very pleased with the way it turned out. Kitchen, dining next!

Tow Vehicle

I tow my Elantra 4-door sedan with a tow dolly.
