Whole new interior

Tore out the dinette and sofa. Replaced dinette with a window-facing work table for 2 chairs and a 12" wide set of shelves in the middle. Jack-knife crappy old sofa will be replaced by a custom slide-out day bed a normal sized adult can sleep on. Thinking of ditching the Onan generator and replacing it with a quieter invertor generator.

Tear out carpet and vinyl throughout, replace with vinyl tile. Primer nearly everything and paint the cabinets, wallpaper the bedroom and bathroom - white as the primary color, forest green for lower kitchen cabinets. Replace all lighting inside and out with LED fixtures and bulbs. Get rid of that hideous old Magnavox tube TV and replace with HD LCD flat screen TV. Adding cellular internet and wifi. AC crapped out due to a short on the control panel that cause the compressor to run continuously, repaired the control panel and installed new AC. Generator crapped out too, took it to the shop to have a new fuel pump installed and electrical coils repaired. Now we have to fix the water leak!

Looking at a Jeep or a small commuter car to carry 2 human adults and 1 medium size doggo.
