Had to reattach two window treatments as they fell off the wall during travel. Had to fix the table that kept collapsing, recaulk the shower, replace all the vent caps after the forward cap flew into a million pieces 300 miles into the trip. She needs new upholstery on the benches and couch - or an entirely new couch or chair. She needs the carpet removed and a new floor installed just due to 20 years of wear and tear.
