THIS IS A GREAT RV AND SOMEONE WILL LOVE IT!
We are the second owners, having bought it from a single woman up the street in the summer of 2009.
It has 55,000 miles. We have put some 4,000 to 5,000 miles on it per year.
The tires are 1-3 years old.
The engine is the Ford V-10 workhorse.
The primary bed is over the cab. The couch and dining table area can be made into beds.
The kitchen has a gas stove, sink, microwave oven, freezer, and refrigerator.
Storage space is voluminous, for clothes, food, supplies, and incidentals. Outside storage space carries all that we have needed and used for the past eight years.
