I got the same tongue jack Stromberg - Carlson, best thing is to cover it for rain and travel. Switches are not water proof and the seam where the covers join. Otherwise it is a good jack. Can be reversed if tailgate interferes (I did). Can be easily dismantled for greasing etc. It has a clutch for safety. I drilled a hole in the bottom and did run a white ground to the motor for less trouble. Anyway I think it is a great jack.

I'm not really dying for a jack but if you would take a low offer I may go for it.

Hey there fellow camper, I like to get rid of it so I'm taking any offers. I have a MH so don't really have a use for it. Give me a offer that I can't refuse and I'll send it your way. I can tell you if you don't have a electric jack your going to love one.
Thanks for your interest and sorry didn't get back sooner.

No worries, no rush here. Just ordered my propane tanks (home depot had a good price) and regulator, did a lot of cleaning. We did use our new to us 27 BH for the first time last weekend, was fun. Just a bit more like camping without fridge and heat, no hot water!

Would you take $50?

Electric Jack

I was thinking a little more like $ 70. Plus shipping. If you can do that I will get it on the way to you. I can do PayPal if that works for you.

Ok I guess what the heck. Been spending money like a drunken monkey with Christmas and everything, plus the new trailer needed some stuff...this isn't a need obviously but looks cool. I will PM you info.

Dirkdaddy, you got a great deal... these jacks are usually a couple of hundred bucks. And when you're out there in the 100 degree Houston weather with 110% humidity, you'll be thinking this really is a necessity.
