My brother and his wife bought a 30+ acre tract in Missouri, SE of Kansas City, about 7 years ago thinking it would be a perfect place to haul their trailer for the summer. (Yes, to escape TX heat!) They put in a pad for the trailer, water well, electric, and septic, and while they've camped there a number of times, have never hauled the trailer there.
Now they have realized they're likely not to haul the trailer there, so have listed the property for sale. I've visited and it's truly a lovely piece of property, and it might make a fine place for one of our forum members living in Missouri.
