Excellent condition. Spotlessly clean. No smokers. Dinette and sofa were removed and replaced with comfortable recliners and free standing table and chairs. LOADS of storage! One of the bunks was removed two remain and a clothes rack and shelf were installed. Comes with small freezer and portable washer. New, single handled faucets were installed in kitchen and bathroom to eliminate scalding yourself when washing dishes or hands.
