For 7.3 PSDs in great shape like that appears to be, you should get a lot more than $9,500. Out West, that would be a steal.

If no rust is visible, like door bottoms or bed cross rails, that is a 15 - 20k truck around here. The 7.3's have a cult following. Low mile, under 100k, are near 40k. Here is a 97 for 40k.

No emission junk, cat, DEF etc. Will tow your house and last forever if you take care of them. With new pickups still scarce and costing a king’s ransom, the old 7.3s are a hot commodity in most places.
