2016 Jayco Greyhawk 31FS

I bought this RV new for $90K in April of 2016.Â* I dontÂ* think you could find a better deal than this for a Class C bunkhouse.Â* It had a little over 2K miles on it when I bought it new and it only has 4,162 on it now two years later.Â* Used it 6 times in 2 years.Â* Basically brand new.Â* We moved to a small farm about a year ago and just dont have the time we need to enjoy it.

Everything is in good working order.Â* The roof doesn't leak and everything works like it should.Â* I've had it back to the dealer three separate times to get items repaired/fixed on warranty so all of the kinks have been worked out. Also, its being stored indoors so the weather isn't affecting it.

Lots of fun with family and friends.Â* I have added a large rear cargo rack for extra storage and bike rack on rear ladder.Â* Also, added a Blue Ox rear trac bar that was dealer installed.Â*Â*

Here are some of the factory items on this RV:

Jride Plus Package

Onan 4,000-watt MicroQuiet generator with auto-changeover

E450 V10

F53 Ford Chassis

Heated holding tanks (12V pads)

56-pound propane tank

Hydraulic leveling jacks

Tankless Water Heater

12V electric awning with LED lights

Awning on Slides

15,000-BTU A/C with heat pump

31,000-BTU auto-ignition furnace with wall thermostat

55-gallon fuel tank

3-burner range with 9,000-BTU SuperBurner and piezo igniter

8-cubic-foot, flush-mount, double-door refrigerator

Dream Dinette mechanism, raises and lowers dinette tabletop

Queen-sized bedÂ*

Full cab-over bunk

Bunk Beds w/ TV'sÂ*

Total of 4 TV's

Sleep up to 10Â*

Way to much to list.Â* I'm also going to include all of the hose connections for sewer hook ups, water hose(s), wheel chocks, 30AMP cord, 30AMP surge protector.Â* Basically everything you'll need to get set up at camp.Â* I'll sell my Honda moped metropolitan 2015 w/ 40 miles if iterested as well.Â* $1,500.Â* Cost $2,200 from dealer.

NADA suggests average retail for this coach (base pricing) is $81K.
