Tows GREAT! Doesn't steer worth a darn.

Back in my younger, less wise days, I loaded my 1/2 ton pickup with something like a yard of sand. The truck didn't have any issues moving, but stopping and steering was another matter. That truck did not have power steering, it was a '71. It did that day though!!!

It's also quite possible he's just taking it on a short trip to a storage yard or picking it up for a short trip. Could be taking it to the dealer or bringing it back home.
